Construction on New England Patriots legend Tom Brady’s lavish Miami waterfront estate appears finished, with new images offering a closer look at the NFL legend’s $150 million compound.
A Bleacher Report piece published Thursday details the 25,000-square-foot home on Indian Creek Island — nicknamed Billionaire Bunker — where neighbors include Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg.

Brady and Gisele Bündchen originally bought the property for roughly $17 million in 2020 before tearing down the existing structure. Post-divorce design changes, a December deed transfer to a new trust and a $35 million construction loan helped complete the project featuring expansive entertaining spaces, bay views and multiple bedroom suites.
The waterfront location has allowed Brady to expand his marine collection, which now includes a $6.5 million speedboat and two Yamaha WaveRunners.
The seven-time Super Bowl champion, now 48, appears set to enjoy his bachelor pad in one of the most exclusive enclaves in the country.
